Why is my drop shadow being cut off at the edges?

If your subject touches the edge of the original image, there may not be enough canvas space to render the shadow. Use the 'Padding' slider in the Format tab to add extra canvas space, allowing the shadow to render completely.

Can I process multiple images at the same time?

Yes! You can drag and drop multiple files into the tool. It will queue them up and process them sequentially. Because the AI model is cached after the first image, the rest of the batch will process extremely fast.

Why isn't my background transparent when I download it?

To ensure a transparent background, make sure you have the 'Transparent' option selected in the Background tab, AND ensure you are downloading the image in a format that supports transparency, like PNG or WebP. JPEGs do not support transparency and will default to a white background.

The app seems stuck on 'Loading AI model...'

On your very first run, the tool needs to download a ~35MB neural network model to your browser. Depending on your internet connection, this can take a few moments. Once downloaded, it is cached permanently for future use.
